Welcome
to the lesser-known horizons of the Deccan, where firstly comes the
vivacious historic city of Hyderabad, renowned for the fabulous
wealth of its princely rulers, the Nizams. This journey takes one
through some hidden treasures of the ancient kingdoms that ruled this
region, namely, Gulbarga, Bijapur, Badami, Hospet and Hassan,
before reaching the modern garden city of Bangalore and then
moving towards the city of dreams, Bombay.

DAY
01 ARRIVAL Bombay - HYDERABAD
Arrival Bombay, transfer from international to domestic airport for
connect flight to hyderabad.
Upon arrival welcome, assistance, transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at
leisure.
DAY 02 HYDERABAD
Full day sightseeing visiting Salarjung Museum, Char Minar, walk through
Lad Bazar, Mecca Masjid and Golconda Fort.
DAY 03 HYDERABAD - GULBURGA VIA BIDAR 260 KMS 08 HRS
Depart for Gulbarga enroute visiting ancient Fort with tombs of the
Bahamani and Barid shahi Kings, continue drive to Gulburga. Afternoon
sightseeing of Bahamani Kingdom Fort with its citadel Mosque and the great
Tomb in the eastern quarter.overnight in hotel.
DAY 04 GULBURGA - BIJAPUR 170 KMS 04 HRS
Drive to Bijapur once the sightseeing of Gulbarga is over. Overnight in
hotel.

05 BIJAPUR
Full day sightseeing of Bijapur or city of victory as known by Adil Shah.
Visit Golgumbaz, Jama Masjid, Azar Mahal, Mehtar Mahal, Ibrahim Rauza,
Malik-I-Maidan, Bara Kaman and Gagan Mahal.
Overnight in hotel.
DAY 06 BIJAPUR - BADAMI 132 KMS 08 HRS
Drive to Badami, upon arrival check into hotel. Afternoon visit rockcut
caves of Shaivite, Vaishnavite and Jain overlooKing Agasthya tirtha tank.
Overnight in hotel.
DAY 07 BADAMI - HOSPET 150 KMS 08 HRS
Depart for Hospet enroute visiting Pataddakal, 15 kms from badami on the
banks of river Malaprabha, was the second capital of the Chalukyan Kings
between 7th--8th centuries and aihole which lies 19 kms from Pataddakal
was the first capital of Chalukyan Kings. After visiting continue drive to
Hospet. Overnight in hotel.
DAY
08 HOSPET - HAMPI - HOSPET 13 KMS 00.30 HRS
Fullday excursion to Hampi, a glorious capital of Vijaynagara
empire spreaded over the area of 26 kms once boast of several beautiful
Temples and Palaces. A day is not enough to complete the visit. Return to
the hotel for overnight.
DAY 09 HOSPET - Banglore 340 KMS 08 HRS
A long drive, upon arrival check into hotel for overnight.
DAY 10 Banglore - Mysore 150 KMS 04 HRS
Depart for Mysore, upon arrval check into hotel. Afternoon visit the
third largest Nandi Bull built in India, Temple of Chamundi Godess and
Brindavan Gardens.
DAY 11 Mysore
Morning visit summer capital of Tippu Sultan Srirangapatnam visiting
summer Palace, Mosque, Dungon, Ranganathan Temple return to hotel for
overnight.

12 Mysore - Hassan 125 KMS 03 HRS
Depart for Hassan enroute visiting Belur and Halebid Temples a
magnificient example of Hoysala architecture.
DAY 13 Hassan - Sravanbengola - Banglore - Bombay 165 KMS 07 HRS
Depart for Banglore enroute visiting one of the biggest Jain statue of
Mahavira at Sravanabengola built on Vindhyagiri hill. After visiting
continue drive to Banglore airport to connect flight to Bombay. Upon
arrival assistance and transfer to hotel for overnight.
DAY 14 Bombay
Full day sightseeing visiting Elephanta caves, Gateway of India, Queen's
Necklace, Hanging Gardens, Kamla Nehru Park, Mani Bhawan and Prince of
Wales Museum.
DAY 15 Bombay - BACK HOME
Kai representative will provide transfer to international airport in time
for flight back home.
